Rules every application follows
- One legal entity name on everything — settled at the trustee hui.
- Named care roster for anything that lives and grows (the anti-2010 answer).
- Firm quotes: under 3 months old, addressed to the trust, GST shown.
- One funder per item, and every application discloses the others + past grants.
- Toi Foundation and TSB stay reserved for the rebuild.
The gate for everything: the trustee hui before
14 October 2026 — entity name, resolutions naming each funder and
amount, named rosters, bank slip, 2025 financials. Nothing submits
without it.
