1. Te Māra Kai — the orchard in planning

2. Pine removal — site prep decided, needs quotes
Shade-casting pines over the plots come out (arborist job); windward pines stay until the native belt is chest-high. Millable logs or marae firewood. A legitimate site-prep line in the applications.
3. Ablution block rebuild paused — Toi/TSB reserved
Full rebuild (total removal of the old block). Waiting on Ministry property reports (Luana + Mairini) and 2025 financials (Jo/Hughsons). Toi Foundation and TSB are reserved for this kaupapa.
4. PA system for the marae wished — research to come
A public address system for hui and events. On the funding wish list; research and pricing to come.
5. Hall kit — seating + trestles wished — research to come
300 stacking chairs and 40 fold-away tables with the special trolleys, plus forks, knives, plates, crockery and bowls for hākari. On the funding wish list; pricing to come.
